1979 Mustang Fox body Ghia: FSBO

History:

Grandpa Bob was a sophisticated gentleman, a realtor for 50 years in Denver, CO and Ford enthusiast. 

Throughout his career, he only had Fords.... LTD's, Galaxy 500's, Thunderbirds and finally a 1979 Ford Mustang Ghia. He custom ordered it in 1978 and was excited to be one of the first owners of the new Fox Body. The car was delivered in January 1979 and this beauty did not disappoint

Interior is burgundy leather in color and the car has a vinyl black top.

Engine is a 5.0 V-8 that runs like a champ. Overhauled in 2011/2012.

Transmission is automatic rear wheel drive no issues.

Mileage – 212,000 (Odometer reads 112,000)

Wheels & Tires – Michelin-X-Radial 80,000-mile warranty. with good tread.

2013 Mustang GT clone coupe (collector plate registered)

The car was a V-6 automatic car when I bought it.

I used the shell of the car for the clone.

I bought a wrecked 2014 premium mustang GT convertible for the interior, exterior, electronics and all of the drive line.

It now has a 5.0L Engine.

MT82 Manual 6-Speed Transmission.

3.31 gear ratio in an 8.8 rear suspension.

Premium Leather Heated Seats.

Premium Speedo with Track Package Features.

The drive line has 18,928 miles on it.

The body has 90,000 miles on it.
