The Friday night entertainment, Vendors, Sponsors and Sunday morning breakfast and Award Ceremony will be inside the Ruffin Event Center next to the Hotel.

Friday Night Social:
Friday (7-24) Meet and greet with a cash bar 5:30PM - 6:30PM with live entertainment from 7:00PM - 10:00PM. Cost is $30 per person for both events limited to 100 attendees. The Brent Giddens Band will be playing Old Rock & Country music. (Has made seven albums, opened for Parker McCullum, Tanya Tucker and Josh Turner. Rated in the top ten Elvis impersonators by USA Today). Purchase tickets below.
Saturday Evening:
Saturday (7-25) evening starting at 5:30pm all are welcome to cruise to Sapulpa, OK., to visit a local town 16 miles from the show site with Route 66 History, businesses and restaurants. The tallest Gas Pump in the World is at the Heart of Route 66 Auto Museum and Gasoline Alley Classics has Route 66 memorabilia and vintage Ford autos inside and take advantage of the many photo ops at "The Official Home of Lady Luck".
Saturday (7-25) Shuttle service to Tulsa Premium Outlet Mall $10 per person / round trip (Exact Shuttle Schedule TBD between 10AM - 4PM).
Sunday Breakfast:
Sunday (7-26) morning 8AM - 9:30AM join us for breakfast prior to the Award Ceremony in the Ruffin Event Center at $36.00 per person.
